AN ACT
Amending section 32‑803, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the state board of podiatry examiners.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 32-803, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
32-803. Organization; meetings
A. The board shall annually elect from its membership a president and a secretary at the annual meeting which shall be held in January.
B. The board shall meet at least twice each year at such times and places as it determines. Special meetings may be called by the president or on written request of any three members.
