AN ACT

 

repealing section 41‑3010.23, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the motor vehicle division.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

Section 41-3010.23, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

Sec. 2.  Retroactivity

This act is effective retroactively to July 1, 2010.
