AN ACT

 

amending Title 15, chapter 14, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-1826; relating to admission of POSTSECONDARY students.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 15, chapter 14, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-1826, to read:

START_STATUTE15-1826.  Postsecondary education institutions; accreditation disclosure

Each postsecondary education institution in this state shall provide written disclosure about its accreditation status to each incoming student before the conclusion of the enrollment process.  END_STATUTE
