appropriating monies to the state aid to indigent defense fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Supplemental appropriation; state aid indigent defense fund

The sum of $1,800,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the state aid to indigent defense fund established by section 11-588, Arizona Revised Statutes, for the purpose of providing state aid to the county public defender, legal defender and contract indigent defense counsel for the processing of criminal cases and juvenile dependency cases.
