AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of education; office of Indian education; personnel
A. The sum of $200,000 and 2 FTE positions are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of education for the office of Indian education established by section 15‑244, Arizona Revised Statutes.
B. The positions created in subsection A of this section supplement and do not supplant the positions existing in the office of Indian education on the effective date of this act.
