AN ACT

 

amending title 28, chapter 3, article 21, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28‑1207; relating to photo enforcement systems.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 28, chapter 3, article 21, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-1207, to read:

START_STATUTE28-1207.  Photo enforcement system; driver personal data; prohibition

The department may not accept from a photo enforcement system any driver personal data that is generated from a traffic ticket and complaint as a result of a violation that is detected by the photo enforcement system. END_STATUTE
