AN ACT

 

amending Title 32, chapter 15, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 32-1642.01; relating to the Arizona state board of nursing.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 32, chapter 15, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-1642.01, to read:

START_STATUTE32-1642.01.  Continuing education; documentation

In addition to any other requirements of this chapter, a person who is certified or licensed pursuant to this chapter shall submit to the board with the person's application for license or certification renewal documentation showing completion of fifteen hours of continuing education during each of the previous twelve‑month periods for which the certification or license is valid.
