   An act to amend Section 6500 of the Business and Professions Code,
relating to professional fiduciaries.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   AB 2013, as introduced, Buchanan. Professional fiduciaries.
   Existing law, the Professional Fiduciaries Act, provides for the
licensure and regulation of professional fiduciaries, as defined, by
the Professional Fiduciaries Bureau within the Department of Consumer
Affairs.
   This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to the
provision naming the act.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 6500 of the Business and Professions Code is
amended to read:
   6500.  This chapter shall be known  , and may be cited, 
as the Professional Fiduciaries Act.
