An act to amend Section 68505 of the Government Code, relating to courts.

AB 2947, as introduced, Cervantes. Judicial Council: county clerks.
Existing law requires county clerks of all courts of record to cooperate with the Judicial Council and to keep records and make reports to the council as specified.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 68505 of the Government Code is amended to read:

68505.
 The county clerks and clerks of all courts of record shall cooperate with the Judicial Council. They shall keep such records and make such reports to the council, in such the manner and at such times, as those times required by the Chair of the Judicial Council requires, Council, respecting the condition and manner of disposal of judicial business in their respective courts.
