	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 1144, as introduced, Wyland. Education.

requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to review the
guidelines before they are issued to local educational agencies.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes in these
provisions.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
