Summary

To require that the Department of Social Services not require telephone or in-person interviews to renew eligibility for supplemental nutritional assistance more than once annually and to prevent the department from penalizing persons who attempt to renew eligibility by telephone but are unable to reach a department staff member within sixty minutes.
