Summary

To require reporting of suspected abuse or neglect of persons receiving services from the Department of Developmental Services' Division of Autism Spectrum Disorder Services and to expand the definition of abuse for purposes of the registry of persons who have been terminated or separated from employment as a result of substantiated abuse or neglect.
