Summary

To require that each community antenna television company, holder of a certificate of cable franchise authority and holder of a certificate of video franchise authority provide an option for customers to buy any equipment for which such company or holder currently charges a monthly fee, and to require that each telephone company, community antenna television company, holder of a certificate of cable franchise authority and holder of a certificate of video franchise authority clearly identify pricing options on the web site of any such company or holder and on certain written materials.
