AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUMMER YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM IN NEW HAVEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the sum of one million five hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the Labor Department, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, for the purpose of providing grants-in-aid to the summer youth employment program in the city of New Haven.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide funding for the summer youth employment program in New Haven.
