AN ACT CONCERNING A REPEAL OF THE SALES TAX ON COSMETIC MEDICAL PROCEDURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-407 of the 2014 supplement to the general statutes be amended to repeal the imposition of sales tax on cosmetic medical procedures.
