AN ACT CONCERNING PHOTOGRAPHS ON REMOVABLE WINDSHIELD PLACARDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That subsection (a) of section 14-253a of the general statutes be amended to require a removable windshield placard to bear on both of its sides the photograph of the person who is blind or person with disabilities for whom the placard was issued.

Statement of Purpose:

To prevent the abuse of removable windshield placards by requiring photo identification on such placards.
