AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR LONG-TERM ADDICTION TREATMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require health insurance policies to provide coverage for long-term addiction treatment.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage for long-term addiction treatment.
