AN ACT REQUIRING NOTIFICATION OF FEDERAL AUTHORITIES UPON CONVICTION OF AN ILLEGAL ALIEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require local or state authorities to notify federal authorities when an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States has been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony.
Statement of Purpose:
