AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF MUSHROOMS FROM STATE LANDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 23-4 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the taking of mushrooms from state lands for personal use without the need for any permit or the establishment of any fee for such taking.

Statement of Purpose:

To authorize the free taking of mushrooms from state lands without the requirement of a permit.
