RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE JOSE A. SUAREZ OF CHESTER TO BE A MEMBER OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL, AS AN ALTERNATE SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Jose A. Suarez of Chester to be a member of the Judicial Review Council, as an alternate Superior Court Judge, to serve a term ending November 30, 2018, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, in succession to the Honorable John J. Nazzaro, whose term expired, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
