AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 2-15 of the general statutes be amended to permit legislators to be reimbursed for travel to a location other than the State Capitol for official legislative business.

Statement of Purpose:

To expand the existing legislative transportation allowance to include travel to locations other than the State Capitol for legislative business.
