AN ACT EXPANDING SERVICES UNDER A MEDICAID WAIVER FOR PERSONS WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17a-215c of the general statutes be amended to increase the number of persons who are served under a Medicaid waiver program overseen by the Commissioner of Developmental Services for persons with autism spectrum disorder.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the waiting list for services under a Medicaid waiver program for persons with autism spectrum disorder.
