AN ACT CONCERNING HOME BAKING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit the preparation of food items in home kitchens and selling of the food items directly to consumers or farmers' markets.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow persons to operate home businesses by baking nonhazardous food items in their household kitchens and selling the food items directly to consumers or farmers' markets.
