AN ACT CONCERNING A TWO-GENERATIONAL MODEL FOR SCHOOL READINESS AND WORKFORCE SUCCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-112l of the general statutes be amended to further promote health and well-being, education, social, capital, institutional efficiencies and economic success through coordination and aligning communities and the state around a two-generational model of service provision to children and their families.
Statement of Purpose:
To further promote school readiness and workforce success through a two-generational model.
