AN ACT ALLOWING THE SALE OF CONNECTICUT MADE BEER AND SPIRITS AT FARMERS' MARKETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to create farmers' market beer and spirits permits to allow the sale of Connecticut manufactured beer and spirits at farmers' markets.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the sale of Connecticut manufactured beer and spirits at farmers' markets.
