AN ACT CONCERNING STATE-WIDE TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2014) The Department of Transportation shall study ongoing transportation-related projects in New England states and the state of New York. Not later than February 1, 2015, the department shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such study and the feasibility and the costs and benefits of undertaking similar projects in this state to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to transportation.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
