AN ACT REQUIRING CAMERA VIDEO SYSTEMS ON SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES USED FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require camera video systems on any school bus or student transportation vehicle used to transport special needs children.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide public safety for special needs children by requiring camera video systems on all vehicles used for their transportation.
