AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCOME TAX DEDUCTION FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide a deduction of up to two thousand five hundred dollars from income tax for medical expenses and deductibles paid through the year.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow an income tax deduction for medical expenses and deductibles.
