AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VETERANS' CRISIS LINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 506 of the general statutes be amended to establish a veterans' crisis line similar to the national version in order to provide veterans with a central point of contact for resources and assistance.
Statement of Purpose:
To support veterans and streamline the process of contacting the appropriate staff and locating appropriate resources and services.
