AN ACT RESTORING COMMUTER RAIL SERVICE FROM WATERBURY TO HARTFORD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to transfer all unexpended funds designated for the New Britain bus way, to be used for the purpose of restoring commuter rail service from Waterbury to Hartford, through Plymouth, Bristol and Plainville.

Statement of Purpose:

To restore commuter rail service from Waterbury to Hartford.
