Summary

Under this section of the Landlord Tenant Code, there is an exemption that is created for vacation rentals along some of Delaware’s beaches that permits homeowners to rent their homes for a period of 120 days or less without being subject to the restrictions created in the Landlord Tenant Code. This change will add the Cedar Creek Hundred to the list of locations that may qualify for this exemption, thereby including rentals in Slaughter Beach.
