       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 275
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Subject to legislative appropriation, a Voluntary
    6  Prekindergarten Education Program student
    7

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 25
   11  and insert:
   12         that, subject to legislative appropriation, certain
   13         Voluntary Prekindergarten Education
