The Committee on Appropriations (Hutson) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 05              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 263             Inserts proviso language to specify $700,000 in 
                         nonrecurring State Transportation Trust Fund funds 
Spec App: 1989A          for Pensacola Airport MRO Campus Expansion (Senate 
                         Form 2140). Amends proviso language to specify 
                         reducing funding by the same amount from I-95 Sound 
                         Barrier (Senate Form 2475).
