On Page: 295             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for JARC Florida Community Works (Senate Form 
Spec App: 2307A          1061). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         Fiesta de Pueblo Multi-Cultural Community Center 
                         (Senate Form 1403).
