The Commission shall not tag and release lionfish as an incentive or reward for divers pursuing these fish. AND INSERT: From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1898, $400,000 in nonrecurring funds are provided for the removal of lionfish in the areas of greatest need as determined by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
