Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 3-3-21, relating to sales of alcoholic beverages near churches, school buildings, or other sites, so as to provide that licensees for the retail package sales of malt beverages and wine only shall be subject to regulation as to distances from churches, schools, and colleges by counties and municipalities; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
