Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 9 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to regulation of insurance rates, so as to provide that certain Internet driver improvement programs qualify as the driving courses that must be completed in order to be eligible for a reduction in premiums for certain private passenger motor vehicle insurance; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
