A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to emergency medical services, so as to amend provisions relative to the Emergency Medical Systems Communications Program administered by the Department of Public Health; to provide for legislative findings, determinations, and declarations; to authorize local entities to establish boundaries for the provision of emergency medical services; to provide for definitions; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
