A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 8 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to waste management, so as to prohibit plastic bags and food service disposable containers that are composed of polystyrene foam; to provide for exemptions; to provide for enforcement and fines; to provide for a hotline and form to report violations; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
