A RESOLUTION

Congratulating Exceptional Embroidery and Gifts; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Exceptional Embroidery and Gifts was recently named 2008 Small Business of the Year by the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce; and

WHEREAS, under the guiding hand of President Kathryn Anne Brewer, this outstanding company has grown from its humble beginnings to become one of the leading commercial and retail embroidery providers in this state; and

WHEREAS, this remarkable corporate citizen has established a glowing reputation throughout Georgia by combining boutique-level customer service with the production and delivery standards of large businesses for its impressive list of national, local, and community based clients; and

WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this amazing company be appropriately recognized.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body congratulate Exceptional Embroidery and Gifts on the occasion of its being named 2008 Small Business of the Year, commend it for its many outstanding contributions on behalf of the citizens of Georgia, and extend to it their best wishes for continued corporate growth, development, and success in the future.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Exceptional Embroidery and Gifts.
