Summary

Appropriates funds to the Hawaii Correctional System Oversight Commission to study all programming offered to persons incarcerated at correctional facilities and convene a group of incarcerated women for the purpose of identifying gaps in the programming offered to female inmates. Requires that the study be submitted to the Legislature by 6/30/2024. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
