Summary

Authorizes the Hoisting Machine Operators Advisory Board (Board) to employ a 0.5 FTE office assistant instead of an executive director. Allows the Hoisting Machine Operators' Certification Revolving Fund to be used for consultants as necessary, instead of for the executive director. Repeals the position of the executive director for the Board. Requires the Board to submit a comprehensive report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2017. (HB2009 CD1)
