Summary
Moves the Hurricane Reserve Trust Fund into the state treasury. Repeals the Hawaii Hurricane Relief Fund's authority to arrange the manner in which funds are held, invested, and reinvested. Makes a housekeeping amendment to the fund. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
