Summary
Removes confusing and obsolete provisions to streamline insurer licensing process. Updates financial regulatory requirements to be more consistent with requirements placed on traditional insurance companies. Modernizes the fee amounts paid by regulated entities. Effective July 1, 2050. (HB2504 HD2)
