Summary

Adjusts the amount of the appropriation to DLIR for fiscal biennium 2013-2015 that must be expended for accrued vacation payments for all employees leaving the employ of DLIR. Adjusts the CIP appropriation for the National Kidney Foundation of Hawaii to add plans and land acquisition. (SD1)
