Summary

Authorizes the Department of Human Services to draw from other funds appropriated by the legislature to maintain the level of general assistance benefits payments set at the beginning of each fiscal year for the entire fiscal year. Requires a report to the legislature. Effective July 1, 2050. (SB1100 HD1)
