Summary
Requires the department of human services to automatically enroll foster youth who age out of the system in an appropriate medical assistance program and automatically re-enroll these foster youth until they reach age twenty-six. Also requires the department of human services to develop a program to assist former foster youth maintain continuing medical care coverage after the age of twenty-six. Effective 07/01/2050. (SD1)
