Summary

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to regulate the parking of shared cars at state airports. Authorizes the counties to regulate the parking utilized by shared cars. Amends the required coverage for shared cars that are made available through a peer-to-peer car-sharing program during the car-sharing period. Makes permanent peer-to-peer car-sharing insurance requirements. Effective 1/1/2024. (CD1)
