Summary
Stipulates that the five per cent decrease to the legislative, executive, and judicial salaries enacted by Act 85, Session Laws of Hawaii (SLH) 2009, as amended by Act 57, SLH 2011, applies to what the respective salaries were as of June 30, 2009, and remains at the specified salary rate until June 30, 2013. Repeals Act 85, SLH 2009, as amended by Act 57, SLH 2011, as amended by this Act, at 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2013. Provides that the repeal of the aforementioned Acts for the period of July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2013, shall not be construed to restore or reinstate any leaves for vacation or sick leave, any salary reduction, or any other compensation reduced by the Acts.
