Summary

Requires all food establishment inspections to be performed only by registered sanitarians or food and drug inspectors. Requires the department of health to post monthly on its website each food establishment inspection report that includes a violation of the sanitation rules established by the department; appropriates funds for at least ten new sanitarian positions; appropriates funds for the enhancement of the environmental health services division information management system.
